We are seeking a motivated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team in Chicago, Illinois. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks within our distribution center, ensuring the efficient flow of goods. Your primary duties will include receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. You will work closely with a team of dedicated professionals in a fast-paced environment. - Receive and inspect incoming inventory.
- Store products in designated areas.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially regarding Safety.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy Lifting (up to 50 lbs).
- Basic understanding of warehouse operations and Logistics.
- Familiarity with PPE requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual.
