Your responsibilities will include receiving, unpacking, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and in a timely manner. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all company policies and procedures. Proper use of **PPE** is mandatory at all times to ensure your well-being. The role involves a significant amount of **lifting**, so a good level of physical fitness is required. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Stage orders for shipment.
- Operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
- Adhere to all **safety** guidelines and procedures.
- Wear appropriate **PPE** at all times.
- Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
- Demonstrate the ability to perform physical tasks including repetitive **lifting** up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual labor.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Willingness to follow instructions and **safety** protocols.
Basic understanding of warehouse operations is beneficial.
Experience with **logistics** or warehouse management systems is a plus.
