This role is fundamental to the smooth operation of our high-volume facility. You will be involved in a range of essential warehouse duties, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. Responsibilities:
- Perform various warehouse tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory management.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the distribution center.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals.
- Wear appropriate PPE as required by safety guidelines.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a distribution center or warehouse environment is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, if necessary.
- Must be committed to workplace safety and wear all required PPE.
