Job Summary:
Join our vibrant logistics team in Boise, Idaho, as a Shipping & Receiving Associate! This dynamic role is crucial for managing the flow of goods in and out of our facility. You will be responsible for both the accurate preparation and dispatch of outgoing shipments and the efficient receiving and stocking of incoming merchandise. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with carriers, warehouse staff, and other departments to ensure seamless operations. A strong commitment to safety and efficiency is essential. Responsibilities:
  • Process and prepare outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
  • Receive and unload incoming goods, verifying against purchase orders.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
  • Stock received items in designated warehouse locations.
  • Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other equipment.
  • Maintain accurate records for both shipping and receiving.
  • Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organized, and safe.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or general warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with shipping software and inventory systems is a plus.
  • Ability to perform lifting up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with logistics and warehouse best practices.
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commitment to safety and proper use of PPE is required.
