We are seeking a skilled and experienced Warehouse Technician for our expanding operations in Denver, Colorado. This role is pivotal to ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our warehouse equipment and infrastructure. As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of various mechanical and automated systems that support our logistics operations. Your technical expertise will directly contribute to the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our facility. We are looking for a proactive individual committed to excellence in maintenance and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on conveyor systems, sortation equipment, and other automated machinery.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and efficiently, adhering to operational standards.
- Maintain detailed logs of all maintenance, repair, and inspection activities.
- Assist with the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols, including the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Respond to urgent maintenance requests to minimize operational disruptions.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or associate's degree in a relevant field is a strong asset.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and industrial safety practices.
- Capacity for physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varied conditions.
- Mandatory adherence to safety protocols and PPE requirements.
