We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Distribution Center Associate to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will be a vital part of our logistics operations, ensuring the efficient flow of goods through our facility. Your primary responsibilities will include receiving, processing, and shipping orders accurately and on time. This position requires a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail is paramount.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders according to customer specifications.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring proper handling of merchandise.
- Perform inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed (certification may be provided).
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including frequent standing, walking, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Basic reading and math skills.
