Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move, stack, and retrieve materials efficiently and safely.
- Load and unload products from trucks and trailers.
- Transport inventory to designated storage areas or shipping docks.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Assist with receiving, put-away, and order picking processes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working area.
- Follow all company safety policies, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize workflow and productivity.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current forklift operator certification and significant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience operating forklifts in a logistics or warehouse setting.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- In-depth knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA requirements.
- Commitment to wearing all required PPE.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations.
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills.
