Join our vibrant warehouse team as a Warehouse Associate in Salt Lake City, Utah! We are looking for motivated individuals eager to contribute to the smooth operation of our distribution center. This role is fundamental to our logistics network, involving a variety of tasks from receiving and stocking to picking and packing. You will be essential in ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining a safe work environment, and supporting the timely dispatch of goods. Your dedication will directly impact our overall efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment according to specifications.
- Operate material handling equipment safely (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts if certified).
- Conduct inventory cycle counts and assist with full inventory checks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
- Adhere to all company Safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve daily goals.
- Assist in other warehouse functions as needed.
Previous warehouse experience is highly desirable. The ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent Lifting of up to 50 pounds, is a must. A strong commitment to workplace Safety and adherence to protocols is required. Good organizational skills and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team are essential. Experience in a logistics setting is a significant advantage.
