We are seeking dedicated and reliable Warehouse Workers to join our dynamic team in Des Moines, Iowa. As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of our distribution center, ensuring that goods are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of productivity and organization. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including loading and unloading trucks, stocking shelves, picking and packing orders, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Adherence to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and handling, is paramount. Experience with forklifts or other warehouse equipment is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. We value teamwork and encourage open communication among all team members. Your contributions are vital to our logistics operations and overall success. We provide all necessary PPE and expect all employees to utilize it at all times. The role involves significant lifting and physical exertion throughout the shift.
