Base pay starting between $88,200 to $117,000/yr with annual performance-based merit raises* The pay listed for this position may vary based on experience. Please note, compensation decisions are contingent on the facts and conditions for each job opening. We take into consideration the minimum requirements outlined in the job description, such as, training and experience, the position's work location, required travel (if any), and external market conditions when determining the final salary for potential new hires.

Job Duties
The Senior Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust, secure, and scalable network infrastructure that supports the organization's operations. This role involves configuring and optimizing network hardware, troubleshooting complex network issues, and ensuring high availability and performance of critical network systems. The Senior Network Engineer also collaborates with other IT teams to integrate new technologies, manage network security, and support large-scale projects and network expansions. This position requires deep technical expertise in network protocols, routing, switching, and security practices.
Work with Infrastructure Team in designing network solutions. Lead implementation of network solutions with internal and external resources. Participate in buildout and testing of DR capabilities. Configure and monitor network resources to ensure high levels of performance and security. Work with Blain Helpdesk and Network teams to identify and resolve complex network problems. Procure network hardware and services from solution and equipment suppliers. Research and stay current on network technologies and concepts. Stay current with Cyber Security best practices. Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and/or procedures. Create and maintain Network Roadmap Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred. 3 to 5 years of experience in network engineering or a related role, with a strong background in enterprise network environments. Proficiency in LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN and firewall technologies. Experience in planning, analyzing, and implementing complex network solutions. Comprehensive understanding of the OSI model, including interdependencies of VLANs, L2, and L3 in network operation. Deep understanding of routing and switching concepts, including advanced configuration and troubleshooting.
