We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Senior QA Engineer to join our Compatibility team and help shape the future of a market-leading Network Access Control (NAC) product suite. This role supports solutions spanning Network Access Control, Endpoint Compliance, Mobile Control, and Intrusion Prevention. Applications include client/server and web-based systems running on both Windows and Linux platforms. What You Will Do Test on-prem NAC software solutions along with third-party devices, including: Network and switch devices Endpoint compliance solutions Software integrations Design, develop, and maintain manual and automated test suites. Analyze, document, and report defects to improve product stability, conformance, and supportability. Execute end-to-end, integration, sanity, and regression testing (manual and automated). Validate defect fixes and new functionality. Create and maintain test documentation, use cases, and technical design artifacts. Collaborate closely with product management, development, and QA teams. Translate system requirements and specifications into clear, effective test cases.
What You Bring Professional Skills
57+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in network and endpoint security. Experience testing network security products such as firewalls, intrusion prevention systems, or SIEM solutions. Familiarity with Cisco, Juniper, and/or HPE network devices. Hands-on experience with Linux, Python, SQL, and databases; working knowledge of Java is a plus. Strong analytical and logical troubleshooting skills across software and network environments. Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware, Hyper-V, and KVM. Exposure to automation frameworks and test scripting. Solid networking knowledge, including TCP/IP and protocols such as DNS, SMTP, SNMP, DHCP, and 802.1X. Familiarity with network equipment configuration (switches, routers). Experience with Windows-based networks and domain management is a plus. Experience with low-level network monitoring and packet sniffing tools.
