Join our team and play a vital role in ensuring inventory integrity and availability throughout our distribution center! As an Inbound Warehouse Materials Handler, you will perform various essential functions related to product handling and inventory management. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Execute tasks as assigned by DC leadership in designated areas (e.g. Inbound, Outbound, Quality Assurance). Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including addressing any spills during job duties. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. If designated as a trainer, take charge of the DC training program ensuring timely training and documentation of all new team members, while effectively communicating departmental changes. Work safely to protect yourself and others, while actively monitoring for unsafe practices. Perform other duties as assigned by the DC management team. REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Basic computer literacy. Ability to complete and pass company standardized tests. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Capability to read and accurately match numerical and alphanumeric characters quickly. PREFERRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Experience in a warehouse setting. Familiarity with alphanumeric stocking or RF directed stocking. Knowledge of automotive parts. Advanced computer skills. High school diploma or GED.
