General Summary: The Information Security Metrics and Quality Data Analyst will take charge of data profiling, analysis, and mapping with minimal oversight. This role requires expertise in data organization and visualization to effectively support information security operations. Engage closely with a dynamic team including Security Analysts, Engineers, Project Managers, and Global Information Security leadership. Your deliverables will focus on high-quality Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI), demonstrating your ability to estimate work accurately and use critical thinking skills to enhance information security data delivery. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role demonstrating progress and success. Proficiency in data profiling concepts, anomaly detection, and data mapping activities. Strong understanding of data modeling concepts. Expertise in PowerBI for data modeling and visualization. Demonstrated analytical skills and critical thinking abilities. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and engage with diverse stakeholders. Adapts well to change and unexpected challenges, focusing on practical and positive outcomes. Innovative problem-solving mindset. Exceptional communication skills. Strong willingness to collaborate and build relationships across various functions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct data profiling and analysis to assess data sources for optimal business information. Create source to target data mapping specifications, ensuring clarity and precision. Design and develop flexible data models and visualizations in collaboration with analysts and engineers, guiding estimation activities within the agile team. Maintain comprehensive documentation (metadata) that is consistently updated. Work alongside testing engineers for data validation and testing as necessary. Stay informed about information security practices and trends in the insurance industry. Develop a keen understanding of information security data sources. Adhere to established architectural standards. Utilize critical thinking to recommend and implement impactful data management practices. The base salary range for this role is $73,300.00 to $150,500.00, based on skills, geographical location, and experience.
