RN Supervisor- Baylor Program; (weekends only) 7a-11p

The Weekend Baylor Program: Saturday and Sunday

Position: RN Supervisor

Two (16) hour shifts on the weekend and paid for full time hours (37.5 hours).

Our facility provides high-quality care to our residents. We are hiring for the 7a-11p shift on the weekend. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) who shares our commitment to excellence to join our team at Platinum Ridge Center for Rehabilitation & Healing.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
• Administer medication and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and document residents' health status and progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to provide the best possible care
• Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in good standing
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing standards and practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for providing high-quality care to seniors
