The Opportunity
We are looking for a Remodeling Project Lead who is passionate about craftsmanship, leadership, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This role is responsible for leading remodeling projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to our high standards, while coordinating with the team and communicating with clients.
What You'll Do:
- Lead and perform hands-on installation work on kitchen, bathroom, basement, and remodeling projects
- Manage one active job site at a time from start to finish
- Work closely with the Project Manager to execute the project plan
- Direct and mentor installers and apprentices on the jobsite
- Read and follow drawings, 3D models, and material specifications
- Ensure work is completed to company standards for quality and craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with subcontractors on site
- Communicate job progress, challenges, and needs to the Project Manager
- Address minor field decisions and problem-solve installation challenges
- Take ownership of job site outcomes, workmanship, and customer experience
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of residential remodeling or carpentry experience
- Proven ability to lead a job site and small crew
- Strong hands-on skills in framing, finish carpentry, and remodeling work
- Ability to read plans, models, and scopes of work
- High standards for quality, cleanliness, and professionalism
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and required hand tools
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
