Production Worker

Southwark Metal Manufacturing Company is hiring Swing-Shift Production Assemblers for our facility in Caldwell, ID.

Schedule:

• Swing Shift : Monday-Thursday 4:00PM-2:30AM

Starting Pay:

• Swing Shift: Starting at $16/hr with scheduled raises at 3 months, 6 months, and one year of employment.

What you'll be doing:

• Operating machinery and utilizing hand tools in the manufacturing of light gauge sheet metal products.
• Build and inspect parts following established quality and safety standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors and Managers.

What we need:

• Ability to work with small hand tools.
• Ability to stand for 10 hours.
• Ability to follow instructions and direction from others.
• Ability to understand and adhere to safety protocols.
