Leasing Consultant – West Palm Beach Portfolio

We are a Boca Raton–based property management company seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team and support our West Palm Beach portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for all leasing-related tasks as assigned by the Property Manager and will play a key role in the daily operations and success of the properties.

Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting management with the daily operations of the property
• Inspecting apartments and showing units to prospective residents
• Accurately quoting rental rates and maintaining a minimum 33% closing ratio
• Collecting monies, preparing leases, reviewing leases, and ensuring all documentation is complete
• Distributing move-in packages and following up with all prospects
• Assisting with leasing-related accounting functions
• Supporting expense control efforts
• Performing related duties and special projects as assigned by the Property Manager

Education

• Minimum requirement: High School Diploma or GED
• Associate's Degree or higher preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Experience

• Sales experience required
• Prior experience in the apartment industry preferred
• Strong commitment to customer service

Skills and Abilities

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on experience with Yardi, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Outgoing, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, meet strict deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced, growing environment

Physical Requirements

• Light work; ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
• Frequent interaction with prospective residents, vendors, contractors, on-site staff, and corporate office personnel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 per hour
