We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Business Development Executive to join our fast-growing team at Fern Rock Benefits Consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, driving revenue, and bringing new opportunities for our business growth.

At Fern Rock Benefits Consultants, you will play a crucial role in shaping the client service strategy, driving growth, and fostering client loyalty.

Objective:

  • Identify and qualify new sales leads through networking and research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Gain deep product knowledge and deliver compelling presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Source prospects through networking, research, and outreach.
  • Relationship Management: Strengthen partnerships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic Planning: Design and implement growth strategies for new markets.
  • Sales Execution: Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and pitches.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company professionally.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals with measurable KPIs.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor trends, competitors, and client needs.
  • Collaboration: Align efforts with marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Reporting: Track performance, manage CRM, and present reports to leadership.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven experience in managing and growing sales teams.
  • Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and maintain professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales, business development or similar role
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Travel between office(s), as needed
  • Willingness to take on-the-job training and certifications to meet job requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100, $150,000.00 per year
