Lead Carpenter(s) needed, great pay with structured quarterly bonuses

Triple C Construction Services completes all types of construction projects from the ground up. Projects include water loss/damage repairs, interior/exterior remodels, additions, finish carpentry, new construction and much more.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 15 years of combined construction experience, including management &/or leadership experience and a strong eye for detail.

Triple C Construction is located in Oak Harbor, WA and complete work through Island and Skagit County.

Responsibilities

• Construct, install, and repair structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard.
• Utilize hand and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and safely.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate measurements and specifications.
• Collaborate with coworkers and work directly with our Project Manager on projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards & timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $40.00 per hour
