Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Construction Project Manager role located in the Greater Roanoke Area. The Construction Project Manager will oversee project planning, coordination, and execution to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. Daily responsibilities include supervising construction teams, managing budgets and schedules, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols. The role requires proactive problem-solving and strong leadership to deliver successful construction projects.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Construction Project Management and Construction Management
  • Proficiency in Project Coordination and Project Management methodologies
  • Skilled in Budgeting and financial oversight to ensure cost-effective project delivery
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with relevant construction regulations and safety standards
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency with construction management software is advantageous
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
