As a data analyst II or III on the Treasury Analysis team, you'll leverage platforms such as Snowflake, Workday, and Coupa to analyze data, identify trends, and develop metrics that guide decision-making across Treasury and Real Estate functions. This role combines programming expertise and quantitative techniques to deliver actionable insights, enhance operational efficiency, and support business partners. Areas of focus include real estate portfolio management, food services, fleet operations, travel services, and expense reimbursements, along with contributions to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategy and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) report. Responsibilities include creating customer-facing, data-driven solutions, automating processes, conducting financial analyses, and collaborating with leadership and senior management to deliver impactful results that align with organizational goals
This is a remote position, with occasional travel to Progressive Corporate Headquarters in Mayfield Village, OH for team meetings and events.
Must-have qualifications
- A minimum of four years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of three years of analytical work experience.
- {OR} Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field of study and a minimum of one year analytical work experience.
- This position requires online pre-employment testing for external candidates.
Preferred skills
- Intermediate proficiency in SQL, SAS, R and/or Python, with experience using platforms like Snowflake and Alteryx, and the ability to write and troubleshoot code for data analysis and workflow automation.
- Proven ability to communicate insights and create visualizations using data analysis and reporting tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel, including creating, manipulating, and formulating spreadsheets, with experience in VBA, VLOOKUPs, tables, charts, and graphs.
- Knowledge of analytical, statistical, and technical methods to solve complex business challenges, with familiarity in large data concepts, practices, and terminology.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and concepts in a dynamic, collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Compensation
- $65,500- $105,600/year
- Gainshare annual cash incentive
