Job Title: BMS Systems Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead
  requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation
  for Battery Management Systems (BMS).
• Apply
  systems engineering principles
  throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Support the
  design, integration, and validation
  of battery management systems.
• Collaborate with
  hardware and software engineering teams
  to ensure system-level performance, reliability, and compliance.
• Participate in system architecture development, interface definition, and issue resolution.
• Support testing, verification, and validation activities to ensure requirements are met.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to track progress and resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience working with
  Battery Management Systems (BMS)
  .
• Strong knowledge of
  systems engineering concepts and methodologies
  .
• Hands-on experience with
  requirements management
  and system documentation.
• Experience in the
  automotive domain
  (preferred).
• Strong
  problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
  .
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
