  • Responsible for operating CNC machines under supervision
  • Follows instructions to set up and run basic machining operations
  • Conducts in-process inspections and final quality checks using precision measuring instruments to verify compliance with blueprints
  • Produces the required quantity of parts within the established specifications and tolerances.
  • Inspects equipment and tooling prior to use to ensure proper setup
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and orderly work area
  • Operate heavy equipment including crane/hoist systems
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • High school diploma, or GED.

  • Experience with Haas, Mazak, and Fanuc controls.

  • Strong work ethic, ability to prioritize and juggle multiple assignments.

  • Experience with lean manufacturing principles.

  • Ability to read customer specs, blueprints, measuring equipment and all other tools required by the position.

  • Advanced skills programming CNC machines (lathes, mills etc.)

  • Lifting requirements of up to 50#

  • Self-driven and hard worker

  • Able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.

MAPP Technologies is seeking a Machinist II who is an experienced CNC machinist responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce precision parts. They ensure machines are running efficiently, make adjustments as needed, and perform quality checks on finished parts.

Compensation and Reporting:

This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor. A competitive compensation package will be offered, including base salary, bonus program participation, and a full suite of benefits.
