Job Summary

• Design, build, and maintain high-availability, scalable backend microservices for AWS using Spring Boot (Java), Python, and Scala.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain data pipelines utilizing big data technologies such as Spark and Airflow.
• Build next-generation experiment and simulation platforms for advertising decisioning, A/B testing, and business performance enhancement.
• Work closely with researchers to productize machine learning and AI innovations for Disney's addressable ad platforms.
• Develop scalable and efficient solutions for large-scale data analysis and processing.
• Design and implement distributed systems with a focus on performance, scalability, reusability, and flexibility.
• Advocate and implement best engineering practices including design patterns, CI/CD, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with program managers, product managers, SDETs, and researchers throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in all phases of software lifecycle: design, experimentation, implementation, and testing.
• Contribute to the advancement of advertising and media platforms by integrating machine learning, AI, and big data solutions.
