Construction Laborer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in various construction tasks, ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently. This role requires physical stamina, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively with others on-site.

Duties

• Assist with the setup and cleanup of construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete tasks accurately.
• Perform general labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and assisting in building structures.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety protocols are followed.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while on the job site.

Skills

• Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor tasks for extended periods.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred.
• Ability to follow directions accurately and work as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
