Server/Waiter

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and valued.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system.
• Ensure all food handling and sanitation standards are met, maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed, adhering to food safety guidelines.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and courtesy.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of orders.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings for fine dining experiences.
• Uphold the highest standards of hospitality while working in a nightclub or restaurant setting.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards.
• Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business needs.
• A passion for food preparation and an understanding of the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
