Senior Network Engineer

Job Summary

Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a public trust security clearance.

We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer with strong Juniper experience to design, implement, and support modern enterprise and data center networks. This role is hands-on and design / implementation focused, covering campus, wireless, SD-WAN, and data center networking using Juniper technologies.

The ideal candidate is comfortable owning solutions end-to-end — from architecture and design through implementation and operational support.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise network architectures using Juniper products
• Design and implement Juniper Mist Wireless
• Design and implement Juniper NAC
• Design and implement Juniper Session Smart Routing (SSR) / SD-WAN
• Design and implement Juniper switching and routing platforms
• Design and support multi-WAN and segmented network environments
• Lead network deployments, upgrades, and migrations
• Troubleshoot complex LAN, WLAN, WAN, and data center issues
• Create technical documentation and implementation standards
• Collaborate with security, cloud, and infrastructure teams

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of enterprise network engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper networking technologies
• Proven ability to design and implement networks (not just operate them)
• Extensive experience with complex routing (BGP, OSPF, EVPN, tunneling, etc.)
• Extensive experience with wireless design / operation
• Strong understand of practical zero trust implementation practices
• High availability and redundancy
• Experience with SD-WAN architectures
• Data center networking experience (spine-leaf a plus)
• JNCIA or JNCIS certifications

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Cloud networking exposure (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Automation experience (Ansible, Python, Terraform)
• JNCIP or JNCIE certification

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $100, $160,000.00 per year
