Position Summary:

The Production Worker at the Central Kitchen is responsible for performing a variety of tasks on the production line in a food manufacturing facility. This includes preparing ingredients, operating equipment, packaging finished products, and maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the shift. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Position's Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow daily production schedules and instructions from Leads and Supervisors.
  • Assemble, prepare, package, and inspect food products according to company standards.
  • Operate basic production equipment safely and efficiently after training.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area following sanitation and safety guidelines.
  • Follow all food safety rules including GMPs, HACCP, and allergen control procedures.
  • Complete required production documentation such as counts, lot tracking, and labels.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions or quality concerns to the appropriate personnel.
  • Assist with changeovers, setup, and cleanup as needed between product runs.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
  • Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all company safety protocols.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Starting Pay: $22.44/hr., Depending on Experience
Pay Range: $22.44 – $27.46/hr.
