As a Gaming Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless flow of gaming excitement. You’ll oversee all gaming activities within the casino, including table gaming, electronic gaming, and poker, ensuring each area operates effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with regulatory requirements. Collaborating with the General Manager, you’ll contribute to bringing the Grosvenor Business Plan to life, focusing on enhancing customer excitement, driving business growth, and maintaining an exceptional casino experience for our customers. Your leadership will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence among your team, promoting high standards of customer service, and innovating gaming operations that excite and entertain guests. Responsibilities
Oversee all gaming activities within the casino (table gaming, electronic gaming, poker) ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and high standards of customer service. Collaborate with the General Manager to implement the Grosvenor Business Plan and drive business growth. Lead, develop, and motivate the gaming team to deliver an outstanding casino experience. Qualifications
Have previous casino management experience, an excellent knowledge of all UK gaming activities, and proven success in achieving sales and yield targets Hold a current PML License Proven ability to lead a team and communicate standards and targets for a successful casino Be people focused with a passion for delivering first-class customer experiences Demonstrate an inclusive leadership style recognizing individuality of team members and stakeholders Demonstrate alignment with company values and behaviours to support driving the mission to be the most loved Casinos in the UK Experience conducting/recording EDD and RG conversations with customers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements Additional Information
