Our company now offers solutions in the fields of digital identity and integrity, tax revenue, healthcare resources, and protection.ROLEBased at SICPA’s headquarters in Prilly, you are responsible for defining, deploying, and overseeing the Health, Safety, and Environment policy at the Prilly and Bussigny sites. You ensure regulatory compliance, management of occupational risks, and the development of a sustainable safety culture, in close collaboration with internal stakeholders and legal aspects. • Ensure regulatory and technological monitoring (standards and best practices in technical safety and occupational health).• Analyze occupational risks and establish safety documents: audits - MSST system, hazard analysis, fire protection plans, management of chemical products, local hoods, etc.• Maintain annual compliance with MSST and AEAI guidelines.Budget management and reporting• Participate in budgets and investments.• Control costs, prepare budget requests, and ensure financial follow-up of HSE projects.• Consolidate and analyze HSE reports (KPIs, accidents, environment).• Prepare reports for management, the Executive Committee, and transverse stakeholders.• Actively participate in the Group’s HSE community.• Organize and supervise exercises at the Prilly and Bussigny sites.Management of incidents• Analyze accidents, near misses, and dangerous situations; define and drive associated action plans and ensure internal communication.• Develop and promote best practices in workplace safety and ensure their compliance with the safety policy.• Conduct audits for STPS compliance and ongoing protection processes.• Foster a safety culture in collaboration with internal partners (Research & Facility Management, Technical Services, etc.) and external companies.• Lead training and prevention campaigns.• Define HSE objectives, performance indicators, and associated action plans.Leadership & cross-functional management• Define, deploy, and drive the HSE policy.• Collaborate with relevant authorities (SECO, CFST, SUVA, cantonal labor inspections, fire police, ECA).• Facilitate training in health and safety at work for new employees and managers.• Monitor and challenge teams in action plan implementation.• Develop a culture of positive feedback.• Harmonize HSE practices between the Bussigny and other sites.Requirements• Degree in chemistry or a closely related scientific discipline.• FSST safety engineer certification and charged with fire protection AEAI.• Committed to ensuring the attainment of annual credits.• Proven experience in leading projects aimed at improving HSE performance.• Strong capacity for analyzing complex issues and multiple root causes.• Very good knowledge of HSE management systems and translating policies and standards into action plans.• Demonstrated ability to influence behavioral change within a team and to challenge decisions constructively and positively.• Previous experience within cross-functional teams, effectively managing stakeholders.• French as a native language; English at C1 level.• Excellent command of office tools (O365), SharePoint, ShareFile, and SAP S/4HANA.JOIN US!• Our success stems from our talented and highly skilled employees.• A respectful corporate policy and a long-term vision are key to our success.• Diversity at all levels is a strength.We offer you an exciting and stimulating role in a company that provides great career prospects, all in a unique and absolutely fascinating environment.
