• Serve as a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO), working in partnership with federal agencies to prevent illicit activity, enhance economic prosperity, and ensure national security.

You will be responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations; facilitating legitimate trade and travel; conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances; determining admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States; preventing illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods;

and deterring smuggling operations. As a CBPO, you will work closely with other law enforcement agencies to gather intelligence on potential threats and perform risk assessments. Your ability to make rapid judgments under pressure will be crucial in this role.
