Role Description The Design Manager will oversee the end to end lifecycle of construction projects, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and ensure timely project delivery. Key responsibilities include managing design development, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, overseeing BIM and documentation processes, and providing support for tender submissions. The role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail to manage the intricacies of construction design effectively. We have a number of openings and are looking for full time, contract and part time positions. Qualifications Proven experience in Design Management or Architectural delivery Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex design challenges Excellent communication and coordination capabilities for working with multidisciplinary teams Proficient in design and project management tools, with an understanding of industry standards Proactive approach to delivering projects on time and to a high standard Relevant qualifications in architecture, engineering, or a related field
