Whatyou’llbe doing: In this role you will… Elicit, analyse, and document business requirements with a focus on both processimprovements and robust data needs. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and feedback sessions to gather,validate, and refine bothfunctional and data-specific requirements, aligning stakeholder expectations. Work closely with PM’s, local SMEs, and global data governance leads to ensure accountabilityandtimelydelivery of both business and data-related project deliverables. Help embed audit readiness through thorough documentation of data definitions, stewardshipactions, and governance decisions. Support change management initiatives by educating business teams on new data tools,processes, roles, and responsibilities. What skills and experienceyou’llbring on this journey: Proven experience as a Business Analyst preferably with a specialisation in Data and a focus ondata governance, data quality, or stewardship. Strong understanding of data management principles, including metadata, lineage, masterdataand data quality frameworks. Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements, user stories, and governanceartefacts. Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, particularly in navigating complex ordistributed business environments. Hands-on experience with tools like Excel, Power BI, Visio, and data documentation platforms(e.g., informatica). Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage ambiguity throughstructured thinking. Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and regulatory frameworks such as GDPR. Nice to Have: Familiarity with enterprise data governance tool Informatica. Experience working in regulated industries or complex data environments. Exposure to data warehouse or BI environments and knowledge of reporting/analyticsworkflows. Relevant certifications (e.g., DAMA, DCAM, BCS BA certification) or formal training in datagovernance.
