Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support to ensure the smooth operation of our office environment. Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and proofreading documents.
- Manage phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist in office management tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining office supplies.
- Support team members with personal assistant tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized records and files for easy access and retrieval
- Collaborate with colleagues to streamline office processes and improve efficiency.
Experience
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred, particularly in roles such as personal assistant or clerical work.
- Familiarity with office management practices and procedures is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for interacting with clients and team members.
- Experience in data entry and managing electronic filing systems is beneficial.
