Job Title: Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Position Summary

The Part-Time Customer Service Representative provides friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable support to customers via phone, email, and chat. This role ensures a positive experience for every customer by resolving inquiries, processing orders, and assisting with product or service information. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient, and passionate about helping people.

Elvo is a rehabilitation therapy home exercise application leveraging AI. Elvo is being used by clinicians in-clinic and by patients at home to ensure continuity of care between clinic and home. We have shown dramatic improvement in patient outcomes and strong clinician, patient and family member satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, chat).
• Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system - Hubspot
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges following company policies - Hubspot
• Troubleshoot basic product or service issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions.
• Contribute to team goals by meeting or exceeding performance metrics (response time, satisfaction, etc.).
• Support special projects or administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year of customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, CRM systems (Hubspot), and standard office software.
• Comfortable with web-based software and remote hardware management
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bonus points for familiarity with AI prompt engineering

Schedule & Compensation

• Hours: 10-30 hours per week, flexible schedule, including occasional weekends
• Role is fundamentally remote, with bonus points if you are willing to come in person occasionally depending on your location. Compensation is flexible and to be finalized upon mutual discussion.

Pay: $ $30.00 per hour
