Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and assistance to ensure their needs are met. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a positive relationship with our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services, assisting customers in making informed decisions.
  • Handle outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or promote services as needed.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.

  • Skills

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer skills for data entry tasks.
  • Experience in customer service or client services, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse clientele.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $ $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
