Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness by washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment efficiently and thoroughly.
• Clear and reset tables promptly to ensure a clean and inviting dining space for guests.
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed, including basic plating support or ingredient setup.
• Support catering and banquet events by bussing tables, setting up service stations, and ensuring event spaces are tidy.
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures to uphold health standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure seamless service delivery during busy hours.
• Perform general cleaning duties in the kitchen, dining area, and storage spaces to maintain a safe and organized environment.

Experience

• Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is key
• Experience in food service, catering, or hotel environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with food handling safety protocols and cleaning procedures is beneficial.
• Prior work involving bussing tables or supporting food preparation can help you excel in this role.
