We're looking for an experienced Electrical Estimator / Purchasing Specialist who takes pride in precision, thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment, and wants to play a direct role in our continued success. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed and accurate electrical estimates using Accubid.

• Review blueprints, specifications, and bid documents to define clear scope.

• Perform take-offs for material and labor, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

• Manage material purchasing for awarded projects — source, negotiate, and order.

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

• Track purchase orders, verify pricing, and coordinate deliveries with project teams.

• Collaborate with project management to ensure smooth project handoff and strong margins.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in electrical estimating and/or purchasing (commercial/industrial).

• Accubid proficiency required.

• Strong understanding of electrical materials, assemblies, and market pricing.

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.

• A problem-solver who thrives on accuracy, deadlines, and teamwork.

• Degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
