As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with various tasks in our restaurant. Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly and addressing their needs promptly.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
• Help with inventory management, including receiving and stocking supplies as needed.
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to help others are essential traits for success in this role.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $9.00 - $11.00 per hour
