Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Support sales efforts to close business Accurately forecast sales opportunities Review & communicate technical information Prepare quotes, estimates, proposals & budgetary numbers Plan, implement and communicate project scope of work and schedule Liaison with internal company departments to serve our customers Lead pipeline management Coordinate sales efforts of new products and services Minimum Requirements
Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience 3 years of CRM experience including pipeline management, sales forecasting, and data management In depth experience of sales quotation tools Working knowledge of qualifying opportunities, reviewing specifications/plans, and performing take-offs Displays high energy and enthusiasm under tight deadlines and work pressures Ability to clearly convey information and ideas through both verbal and written communication Ability to effectively work as an active and contributing member of a team to complete assignments and achieve goals Ability to use appropriate interpersonal skills and methods in difficult and complex situations to provide resolutions to customers Excellent time management skills Experience with Microsoft Office is required and business writing is required Fluency in Spanish is a plus (verbal & written) As an EEO/Affirmative Action Employer, all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran, or disability status.
