Software Configuration Manager (m/f/d)

Your tasks:

• Responsible for configuration management in the area of SIX / Secure Communications & Information Systems
• Develop and maintain the Configuration Management Policy for products and services in the SIX area throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Planning, review and approval of configuration baselines in collaboration with the product management, engineering and industry departments
• Aligning the technical documentation with the configuration baseline to ensure that the products are feasible
• Conducting CM audits (FCA/PCA) and representing Configuration Management to external customers and stakeholders
• Creating reports in connection with CM activities
• Creating and evaluating key performance indicators (KPIs) for CM

Your profile:

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable field
• Significant experience in configuration management, ideally in the defense industry
• Good knowledge of norms and standards in the field of Configuration Management (e.g. STANAG 4427, ISO 10007, EN 9223)
• Nice to have CM2 certification
• Excellent written and spoken English and proficiency in German is an advantage
