Inspire and grow a team of data scientists and managers, aligning with long-term vision and objectives.
Influence the design and roadmap strategy, utilizing team insights to set and prioritize long-term goals.
Develop insights into complex systems, industry challenges, and overarching trends to spot risks and opportunities.
Work with large, intricate data sets to address challenging problems using various analytical and statistical techniques.
Enhance analytics skills across the organization, providing opportunities for your team and collaborating partners to increase overall impact.
Establish key metrics for measuring model success and drive actionable insights to improve performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious long-term goals, tracking performance against growth objectives and fostering an environment of experimentation.
Shape the strategic direction of growth initiatives, investing in data foundations and analytical methods to better understand growth drivers.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, operations research, econometrics, computer science, engineering) or equivalent experience.
At least 7 years of experience in applied quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning, including 2+ years managing analytics teams.
5+ years in a leadership role, with 2+ years of experience in managing people across various layers.
Demonstrated success in leading high-impact analytics teams.
Proficient in communicating both technical details and high-level strategic insights.
Proven ability to drive product roadmaps and execution.
Experience collaborating with teams from Engineering, Design, Product Management, and Data Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications: Proven experience leading analytics teams across multiple projects or programs in different regions or business units.
A minimum of 2 years of experience with consumer-facing products.
10+ years of quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, or machine learning experience in the experimentation domain.
Master's or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
Public Compensation: $210,000/year to $281,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits. Industry:
