You will be working as part of team at a busy 4x4 shop that manufactures high performance components, works on fantastic vehicles and races around the world. You will be tasked with creating inspiring content to showcase our products, our services, our racing and our team. Job Description
As a creative content builder, you will drive growth across multiple platforms to promote our brands and our race team. You will work with digital platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and the brands websites. Working with our Sales team to promote products and concepts. All this will be done by creating photos, videos and adverts that are eye catching and different to the same boring content that “others” use. By writing engaging posts that feel authentic and relevant to our audiences, whilst telling our story and delivering our key messages. There will be opportunities to travel and create content at race events and shows. And to become part of a growing company that does everything a little different. Key Responsibilities
Developing the brands social and digital media strategies Develop and manage the brands social media platforms, working to progress organic growth and to grow engagement with our audience demographic. Develop and manage media for our dealer network to create targeted local content Work with the team to develop sales strategies across social media platforms Research new innovations and keep abreast of latest social trends, platforms, and back-end management changes and stay current with core platform requirements Provide social media support live from key events and consumer occasions Provide remote social media support for the team when they are at hard to reach locations Create ad hoc content for blogs, race decks, brochures, websites, and e-shots when required Provide analytics for all platforms and be able to interpret and collate these for management and sponsor commitments Produce interactive race stories for social media and hard copy for sponsors. Provide sponsors and partners media ready for their own social media content. Promote companies brand services and products on multiple platforms. Who rocks this roll?
You need to be proactive with a great can do attitude and a glass half full approach. Someone that is looking for an opportunity to move upwards in a social media and marketing career. You need to be a team player and able contribute to company life in the office and on location. To be able to dig deep when required and to make the most of every moment and be the sort of person who thrives in a challenging, but rewarding environment. You must have a fundamental understanding of the different social media platforms and how to get the best out of them – either through prior experience in a similar role or through building and maintaining your own social media presence and being able to prove these skills. You’ll know how to construct imagery and how to use cameras, for static and video production. Have skills that allow you to edit photos and video through programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design and Premier-pro You will have an understanding of accessing and processing analytics, and be able to interrogate them to produce knowledge that can be used to create better media and improved experiences for our audiences and partners.
