Maintenance Handyman

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Handyman Maintenance Person to join our team, responsible for ensuring the proper operation and upkeep of our Apartments and equipment. This role involves performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting across residential environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong Painting, Drywall, Electrical, and General Maintenance skills, with the ability to supervise and lead activities when necessary. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are valued.

Duties

• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on apartments and facilities
• Repair and troubleshoot electrical and plumbing systems
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
• Assist in the installation of new equipment or upgrades to existing systems

• Provide excellent customer service to internal teams or external clients when required

• Skills

• Strong knowledge with experience in facilities maintenance and handyman environments
• Tiling and Drywall is a plus
• Residential painting experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Customer service orientation for supporting internal clients

This position requires a proactive individual capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high safety standards. Candidates should demonstrate technical expertise across various maintenance disciplines

Pay: $ $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10.0 – 40.0 per week
