Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a General Manager located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage team members, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include implementing strategic goals, maintaining operational excellence, managing budgets, ensuring compliance with policies, and driving team productivity to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills, including the ability to mentor and develop team members
- Operational expertise in handling daily business activities, including staff scheduling, budget management, and quality control
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and ensure positive customer and employee interactions
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle challenges, improve efficiency, and drive results
- Experience in supervising and managing operations in a fast-paced environment; prior experience in the food service or retail industry is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, but relevant professional experience will also be considered
- Strong knowledge of compliance requirements and safety regulations
