Key Responsibilities

• Provide chairside assistance to dentists during a variety of procedures.

• Train, mentor, and support other dental assistants to foster growth and consistency.

• Oversee supply ordering and inventory management.

• Prepare, sterilize, and organize instruments and equipment.

• Help maintain a clean, safe, and compliant clinical environment.

• Support scheduling, patient flow, and efficient daily operations.

• Deliver excellent patient care and ensure every patient feels comfortable and supported.

Qualifications

• Certification from an accredited Dental Assistant program.

• X-Ray license required.

• 2+ years of dental assisting experience, with leadership or lead experience strongly preferred.

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to motivate and support others.

• Familiarity with dental terminology, procedures, and patient management software.
