Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field or experience and 2 years of human resource management experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Strong ability to communicate effectively and succinctly to diverse audiences in a variety of formats including oral, written, and presentation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and project management skills, including demonstrated ability to develop/implement specific strategies/tactics designed to maximize results.
  • Ability to pass a fingerprint-based background check.
  • Authorized to work in the US for any employer.

Position Summary: Human Resources Manager responsibilities include employee relations, compensation management, training, performance evaluations, and new hire processes. The role involves leading employee appreciation initiatives, participating in recruitment efforts, ensuring safety and compliance, and maintaining clear communication within the organization and with external parties. Human Resources Manager will exhibit strong leadership, judgment, innovation, planning, and organizational skills, while always promoting a positive workplace atmosphere and demonstrating a commitment to employee well-being and development.

Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
