Dynamic Architectural and Engineering firm in downtown Minneapolis seeks a highly motivated, professional, and dependable person to provide support for our corporate operations, project managers, and project staff. This position is ideal for someone looking for an entry-level opportunity to further explore and develop their skills within a corporate business environment since it will flex between a broad range of operations, business, technology and human resources.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Implement projects that improve operational systems, processes and policies in support of the company's goals.
  • Support day-to-day operations/logistics of our multiple offices.
  • Coordinate projects to support the operations of our multiple offices.
  • Help maintain and develop office systems and procedures, and communicate these to company.
  • Problem solve by analyzing information; identifying and communicating potential solutions.
  • Plan and coordinate company meeting and events.
  • Be a resource for staff and Project Managers and for communication of corporate information to all staff.
  • Cross-train on some recruitment and professional development initiatives.
  • Candidates must be team players, possess a positive attitude and be well organized. Excellent communication skills as well as the ability to work in a team, and coordinate multiple projects are extremely important qualities.

Skills/Education:

  • Ability to apply outstanding analytical and communication skills to initiate and support continuous improvement projects
  • Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually
  • Knowledge of spreadsheet software
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting 
  • 0-3 years experience preferred, but not required
