Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Project Manager to lead and oversee our jobsites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and expertise in project management methodologies. The Project Manager will coordinate teams and subcontractors, facilitate administrative engagement, and implement best practices in project execution to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and implementation of projects, including scope definition and estimation, sourcing materials and equipment, and scheduling projects.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, cost control, risk management, and quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and develop detailed business process models and process maps to ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
  • Apply change management principles to ensure smooth transitions during project implementations and program development.
  • Conduct continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Oversee program development and management activities to prioritize projects based on strategic value.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts to ensure deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Lead project meetings, facilitate conflict resolution, and communicate effectively with customers and referral sources.
  • Implement earned value management techniques to monitor project performance against budgets and schedules.

Requirements

  • Proven experience supervising teams in a fast-paced environment with strong team management skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, or equivalent software.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data collection and analysis for decision-making purposes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated expertise in requirements analysis, scope management, risk mitigation strategies, and cost control measures.
  • Effective communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $40, $65,000.00 per year
