Overview
We are seeking experienced, business-focused Program Managers to support large-scale banking initiatives, with an immediate priority in the
Wealth Management
space. These roles are execution-oriented and focused on driving outcomes across complex business workstreams, particularly in environments involving organizational change, regulatory considerations, and operational readiness.
Strong banking experience is required;
wealth management experience is a strong plus
. These roles partner closely with business owners and Wealth leadership to ensure initiatives move from planning to delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business-driven programs aligned to banking and wealth initiatives
- Partner with business owners and Wealth leadership to drive workstreams to completion ("get-it-done" focus)
- Support organizational change management activities, including business readiness, process changes, and operational transitions
- Analyze business impacts related to initiatives such as stop-sale decisions, Day 1 readiness, and regulatory or charter-driven constraints
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts (Legal, Operations, IT, Training, End Users) to ensure people, processes, and tools are ready
- Support acquisition or integration-related activities, including workforce enablement (e.g., equipment provisioning, access, and training)
- Create and maintain program documentation, plans, and status reporting using M365 and SharePoint
- Perform data analysis using Excel to support decision-making (e.g., reconciling data sources, identifying impacts, validating assumptions)
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Program Manager in banking or financial services
- Strong business acumen with the ability to translate ambiguity into actionable plans
- Experience supporting or leading organizational change management initiatives
- Proficiency in Excel, including data reconciliation and lookups (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
- Familiarity with M365 tools, particularly SharePoint
- Ability to operate independently in a structured PMO type environment
- Strong communication skills and comfort working directly with senior business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
- Wealth Management experience
- Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, or major operational transformations
- Familiarity with regulatory or Day 1 readiness considerations in banking environments
- Comfort working in environments where technical teams exist, without being a technical PM
